Before everydev, Etienne founded 7CTOs, a global peer community where Chief Technology Officers sharpen how they lead: through change, through scale, and now through AI. More than a decade beside technology executives taught him where transformation actually lives: in the leaders first, then the teams, then the tools.
everydev is the practice built on that lesson. Etienne advises CEOs and CTOs, trains engineering teams, ships AI products in the everydev studio, and speaks and writes on technology leadership.
