Two products out of the everydev studio, live and in use by real companies. They follow the same sequence I bring into a client: get the judgment right, then build the thing that proves it.

CTO Search
Executive search, run like a technical assessment.
CTO Search is my search practice. I place Chief Technology Officers, VPs of Engineering, and the AI leaders companies are only now learning to hire. Most searches open with a candidate list. Mine opens with the organization: architecture, AI strategy, and org design, assessed by someone who has owned all three.
The product is the brief. Each mandate is scoped and tracked like a dossier, and candidates are read on the same grid the hiring team used to describe the role, so a shortlist arrives as an argument rather than a stack of resumes.

Anvil
Technical testing for the era of AI.
Anvil writes a bespoke take-home from a job description and grades the submission against a known answer key. It never executes candidate code: every exercise ships with its own solution, and each candidate works in an ephemeral private repository of their own.
The tests companies bought before AI measure what a model now does in twenty minutes. Anvil assumes the candidate uses AI and looks for what AI cannot fake: judgment, taste, and how a person behaves inside a system that is already broken. It runs today inside a real hiring process, evaluating engineers for a venture firm's portfolio companies.
